RECIPE:
1 Apple
2 Onions
3 Tomatoes
4 Plums
5 Cloves Garlic

1 TB paprika
1 TB smoked salt
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
2 TB tablespoons tomato paste
2 TB Maple Syrup
1 TP pepper
100 g brown sugar
100 g apple cider vinegar
2 bay leaf

Combine garlic, onion and apple WIZZ for 10 seconds
Add Tomatoes & plums then WIZZ for 30 seconds
Pour blended ingredients into a pot and add all the other ingredients
Simmer with the lid on for 30 minutes
Then take the lid off and simmer for a further 10 minutes to thicken up
Remove bay leaves
WIZZ for 30 seconds to finish

Pour into sterilised jars or sauce bottles and store in the fridge
