NBC 5's Alicia Barrera visits the site of the upcoming apartment complex Bloc House by Madison Partners. The site will host over 70 new residences, including micro-studios featuring the Ori Pocket Studio.

Developers Alex Lo and Jon Hetzel want to bring "missing middle" housing to the Dallas market in order to provide high quality housing in a great location that's affordable for people starting their careers and moving out on their own.
