Here is a list of record-breakers, featuring Donovan Mitchell, Luka Doncic, Damian Lillard, Franz Wagner, and legends such as Wilt Chamberlain, LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Kareem, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and James Harden.
Since 1946, there have been only 92 instances of a player scoring 60 or more points, with one-third of those achieved by a single player: Wilt Chamberlain. Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Damian Lillard account for 16 of these performances combined. Of those 92, only 15 instances involved a player scoring 70 or more points, and just two players have ever surpassed the 80-point mark: Kobe Bryant and Wilt Chamberlain.
