This is my FIRST TIME EVER playing NBA 06 on the PlayStation 2, and I gotta be honest…
this game surprised me 👀🔥
In this video, I’m running gameplay with Amar'e Stoudemire and breaking down how NBA 06 actually feels compared to the heavy hitters from that era like NBA 2K6 and NBA Live 06.
For a FIRST-YEAR game, NBA 06 does a lot of things right:
Gameplay feels smoother than expected
Player movement looks more natural than NBA Live
Animations don’t feel as stiff as early 2K
Is it perfect? Nah.
But is it better than people remember? Absolutely.
This video is all about raw gameplay, nostalgia, and asking the real question nobody wanted to ask back then:
