1. HARD WORK- You must be willing to work hard because success doesn't come overnight
2. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY- Listen to your conscience
3. PASSION- Find what you are excited about and devote your life to it
4. FOCUS- See opportunities, find what you're good at, be passionate about it and stay focused
5. GUT INSTINCT- it's not about the spreadsheet and numbers, follow your heart
6. PERSISTENT BUT FLEXIBLE- have your guidelines set, but be prepared for some things to change
7. TEAM WORK- No one is ever good at everything. Find others that can complement your strengths, not who are just like you.
8. EXECUTION- Vision is important, but execution is crucial. Succeed by executing better your competitors.
9. ENJOY THE JOURNEY- road to success is a long road. You must enjoy what you're doing. Have fun!
10. GIVING BACK- it's your responsibility to remember those who helped you get where you are and pay debt back to society
