In this 4-Ways woodturning collaboration, we are tackling a classic project suggested by the legendary Richard Raffan: the Natural Edge Bowl!
We are excited to welcome special guest Kent Weakley from the fantastic YouTube channel @TurnAWoodBowl, joining our regular crew of Richard Raffan, Tomislav Tomašić, and myself.
For this project, we are each publishing our own separate videos showing our unique process from start to finish. We each sourced our own wood, and my blank came to me via a hilarious, serendipitous mailbox mishap involving a local tree service! Watch to see how I handle a fresh piece of green red oak.
