Just to clear everything out. ALL images are from Mexico. It is a video a TV Company called Televisa made to celebrate Mexico's 200 years of Independence (2010). The images are taken from different States of Mexico such as Quintana Roo, Chihuahua, etc... The Director in charge was Pedro Torres. The camera is the real issue, it takes many more frames per second which allows the image to be slowed down in moments and give such effects
