Today begins National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW). This year’s theme is “Drive Safe. Work Safe. Save Lives.” NWZAW is held to highlight the critical importance of safe driving through work zones.

This morning, the #PATurnpike, PA State Police and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) came together to remind motorists about the importance of always driving safely through work zones.
