Did you know there are almost 2,000 #NSWRFS brigades across the state? 1,996 to be precise.
Each brigade brings together groups of community-minded people from all walks of life who volunteer their time to serve and protect the community.
The Milsons Passage Brigade is unique in that it’s a boat brigade. The small community, accessed only by water, has just 44 houses - with most of them backing onto bushland. Though the community is small, they make a mighty brigade with 39 members.
