The National Centre for the Prosecution of Animal Cruelty, NCPAC, is a community of Crown Prosecutors and Allied Professionals (academics, lawyers, members of humane societies and SPCAS, veterinarians, etc.). NCPAC aims to provide Crown with training resources to achieve higher convictions for animal cruelty perpetrators, thus, helping put an end to the violence link.
