I hope you marked your calendar for this very special day. December 30th is National Bacon Day! To celebrate I indulged just a little bit with some eats headlined by plenty of bacon. Come check out this fun little culinary indulgence as you cook along with me, taste test everything and then we will take a closer look at a special elongated coin to commemorate our adventure.
