This is what I captured on my Sony Handycam Hi8 camera of the 1999 Pepsi 400 was a NASCAR Winston Cup Series race that took place on July 3, 1999, at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Thanks to Harry and his Dad for the comedy on the way, and Florida for being entertaining to look back at (after 23 years).
