UFO researcher Scott C. Waring claimed a NASA Curiosity rover image shows an unexploded missile on Mars, asserting it is evidence of an ancient conflict.
In posts on UFO Sightings Daily, Scott C. Waring described the long, narrow formation in the NASA Curiosity rover image as possible alien weaponry and suggested national security implications. He estimated the formation at about eight feet long and framed it as potential advanced extraterrestrial technology.
NASA has not identified the formation as anything beyond natural Martian terrain. Scientists note that volcanic activity, impacts, and wind erosion can produce unusual rock shapes as the rover explores Gale Crater for clues to ancient history.
