The first fight is simple, just avoid damage for an S, I used the fire balls constantly because it's the only way to even get close the additional requirements.
The second battle is also fairly easy, just keep your health high. The secret factors happen as you go, just ensure to keep up combos to kill as many mist ninja as possible.
In case they are not: One is to do a full standard combo, the next 2 activate as you fight (sometimes one is them is activated by using your jutsu in a large group), you just need to be in the middle a large group of them, the final one is triggered about halfway, some enemies will be knowledge the ground and have a "B/Circle" over their head, you need to to hit them for the last action.
