Dattebayo fellow ninja!
After doing the We Are cover not too long ago I felt like doing more covers of anime OPs! This time I covered the second OP of Naruto, Haruka Kanata! This was the first Japanese opening to be shown on American TV back when Naruto aired on Cartoon Network (I wasn’t watching it back then cause I was too young but I remember it airing cause I saw the promos back then haha)
Since there is no official English version I had to write my own lyrics using translations and covers by other people as reference. While some parts of Naruto have aged like milk, the songs were not one of those parts!
Lyrics:
It’s time to run, now burst ahead
Ain’t wasting time
Come on let’s fire up
We’ll run on through the night!
Now come, I’ve got, to push on hard
That’s right, until I’ve got no power left
