This is a Chinese indie brand. I purchased my palettes from @lookhealthy_store, which I've had nothing but great experiences with. There's a bit of a markup compared to if you were purchase them through a forwarding service (like Superbuy), but they're not outside the range of most palettes in the U.S. these days, IMO.
