Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and a Napoleonic update video and a request for advice! If you have been watching the channel this year, you may have seen that I have been attempting to paint Napoleonics but this has turned into a very slow and arduous project that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere fast!
My comrades at the Plastic Crack Podcast all seem to possess the uncanny ability to fly through painting their Napoleonic and Black Powder painting whereas I appear to be lagging behind somewhat. I have made a bit of a breakthrough in that I have tried to use the same speed painting technique that I use on my all my Bolt Action painting to some British peninsular war infantry.
What I want is some tips and advice from more accomplished and veteran Napoleonic painters! Am I spending too long on the individual figures? Too much detail. If you could give me one piece of advice for painting Napoleonics, what would they be?
