At the end of 2023 the Brooklands Napier-Railton was transported to the Peninsula Hotel in Belgravia, London where Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi opened a new restaurant named Brooklands after the historic birthplace of British racing sport and flight innovation.
Located on the rooftop of the five-star Peninsula Hotel in Belgravia, London, the space and décor play homage to the classic eras of British aviation and motorsport. Dishes are focused on championing British ingredients using traditional French techniques. Hailing from Lyon, France, Bosi is widely celebrated for his avant-garde approach to French cuisine.
A striking scale-model of the iconic Concorde nose is suspended from the ceiling of the main dining room. Many pieces of furniture are replicas from the original Concorde lounge. Leather-lined panelling is inspired by the Rolls Royce Silver Ghost and a glass chandelier resembles the blades of its turbine engines. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace with stunning views of London’s skyline further enhance the sense of being airborne.
