Edit!: Please disregard my reply stating that you can download Namco Anthology 2 from Emuparadise; the site had just recently quit on us and now has every single game on their site unavailable. And it really sucks too, considering that was one of only two sites you could download Namco Anthology 1 & 2 from (that we know of). The second site in question is Coolrom.
If you want the game, you can get it here:

Do NOT click the blue "Download File" button (that downloads the site's downloader, which you probably don't want).
Instead, click "Alternative download link", then wait for the timer to run out to directly download the game off the site.
