Here's an english translation of Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki Highschool, released on Famicom Disk System in 1987. This shows the best ending, and I've also translated the phone calls that were available... until May 1988. Of course the audio for those isn't available but text is.
This is a light-hearted adventure game where the goal is to end up with Miho Nakayama, super idol of that time. The game is listed on her official website, so that's good, although she obviously values her being in movies, TV shows and recorded albums more.
