Sydney punk outfit 'These New South Whales' have (hopefully) projected themselves onto your stream of consciousness in recent times, thanks to the release of both their debut album, 'You Work For Us', as well as their 'Spinal Tap' worthy mockumentary series, 'The Life We Chose'.
To help the guys unwind before they head out on their upcoming national tour, we decided to take frontman Jamie and guitarist Todd out for a quick buff and shine at our local nail salon, and shoot the shit about all things These New South Whales.

![At Home With Jesse Guglielmana
Jesse Guglielmana is a man of many talents. But according to him, words are not one of ’em. The Costa Mesa-based surfer, shaper, designer, screen printer, painter, and skater has myriad avenues of self expression. He’s a jack of all creative trades and is pretty damn good at everything, even if he doesn’t think so. As he says: “I’ve always wished that I could be really into something and just really focus on that and master that. The only way my brain has ever worked is to just obsess over something to where I don’t want to do it at all and I want to go do something else. The product of that has been me doing a lot of things, in my opinion, somewhat mediocrely, ya know [laughs]?”
While visiting Jesse in his hometown, we got a firsthand look at his day-to-day life, which usually includes some sort of surfing, skating, business, and art. And we gotta say, he’s much more pro than he lets on. Smash that play button for proof.
