The 4-Stroke Ruff is an easily overlooked rudiment - it doesn't really look all too exciting on face value! But as with most things, with the right focus and application it can be used to create some pretty rad phrases on the kit.

In this lesson Nick takes us through how to really nail down the dynamics of the ruff, as well as how to apply it on the kit!
