I'm so glad to have my friends by my side, and it's amazing to me that we were able to do this. All that said, I wish I could be happier with the final product than I am. But uh... I dunno. That's right, I've officially graduated!! :DUnlike these sorts of projects for most schools, I only had one semester to produce this film from start to finish. That means the script, character designs, storyboard, animatic, animation, backgrounds, and final cut, all being made in under 4 months. By myself. But, guess what, it all paid off... Because in the end of year animation showcase at my school, The Wise won 2 Best Animated Short awards, AND Best in Show!!! (best in show encompassed all submissions made for the entire animation department, not just films).Honestly I'm still reeling... I didn't expect to get aNY awards for this thing, much less... 3.
