This promo was included in a VHS of Dragon Ball that was given away with the Spanish magazine Hobby Consolas (Issue 84) in September 1998. It includes a 1 minute and a half video with clips of lots of n64 games, and then there is a 3 and a half minute video promo of Banjo Kazooie.
There are several errors in the narration (For ex, Gruntilda is called "Greenchill" all the time) so I have respected them in the subtitles
PS: 20 min after finishing this video and getting everything ready to publish it, I discovered that this is a translated version of a part of a BK promotional VHS released by Nintendo Power and Toy'r Us in the USA. Even so, I have decided to publish it due to the differences in the translation and the music, as well as the clips from other N64 games.
