Update: Not sure why I took almost a year to do this, but this ultra was successfully pulled off about a week after this video, here is the link to the completed TAS run: youtu.be/C_Nq2s8qKxU

The ultra shortcut utilizes a respawn at the end instead of the additional clips I suggested, as the distance for those were too far and at too extreme of an angle.

And yes, I'm back already with another discovery (or common knowledge?), although this one isn't nearly as concrete as the last. I won't be able to prove almost any of my theories humanly from now on, as they all involve tricks far too difficult for a human (or at least THIS human) to pull off without TAS.

This is why I'm hoping someone in the community who is a TASer can try this out for me!

The ultra shortcut would only be useful for a FLAP wr, as the setup takes way too long and uses all three mushrooms. If a faster way to clip into the wall was found, or one without using a mushroom, then the full three lap run would be more likely, though still very improbable.

I still have many more theories left to share, though these two are probably my best. My videos should serve more as a point of discussion where ideas for ultra shortcuts can be theorized, rather than the actual crazy discovery itself from now on.

I'm looking forward to a great year of glitch-hunting in 2020 and breaking this game even more than it has already!
