Originally I wasn't going to have guitars on melody for this song, but then I found out that "Flying R" from Final Fantasy FFXV was composed by Yoshino Aoki. After that I decided to throw a couple guitars at it and write a new organ part. This song plays somewhere in Rockman EXE 3 (presumably during the N1 Grand Prix), but as I have not actually played the third EXE game, I'm not sure exactly where.
