Safeway Loss Prevention stop Shoplifter Airliner World & More 2022-10-17 | Shoplifting has become more frequent in Portland (and I'm sure in your city as well). Every time someone complains about it, I've noticed 3-5 sympathizers bashing you for not letting "Poor", "Desperate" people walk out of the store with up to hundreds (sometimes thousands) of dollars of merch, so they sell it themselves. It's sickening seeing people take advantage of a situation, knowing they have a wall of sympathizers they can hide behind. So, I've documenting anytime I see a shoplifting in progress or an attempt to stop one. Most times I've noticed that the items stolen aren't life sustaining foods, its mainly junk food and booze... The Downtown Safeway suffers more shoplifting at this location than any other Safeway in the state of Oregon, as it's rumored that this is the busiest location in the state.
Karens refuses to leave Portland store, angers store staff. Airliner World & More 2021-01-26 | While out doing some drone flying around Beaverton, I came across a group of people out in front of Powell’s at the Cedar Hills shopping mall. Using the drones camera, I flew near the group to see what’s going on and noticed it was a protest of some sort (I will later find out that this is a protest in regards to Andy Ngos book, I had no idea there would be a protest at the Beaverton location). The cyclist wasn't able to catch up to the car as the Honda was much faster and had cleared the next intersection before the cyclist cleared half the block in pursuit.I didn’t stay long and kept flying shortly after this exchange occurred, the cyclist (having lost the chase to a Honda) ended up passing me on his way to the Beaverton Transit center to catch the Red Line out the area. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~For anyone wondering, Beaverton is located in Washington county, not Multnomah.
Woman arrested on platform Airliner World & More 2021-01-25 | My recollection of what happened (before the camera turned on): I arrived at the Mt. Hood Max platform to await the MAX train to downtown, things were calm at first. Some passengers were already there and a couple of security guards standing around (which wasnt uncommon). Shortly after my arrival at the station, a Portland Police officer arrived and spoke to the guards that were already there. While they spoke, another officer arrived, they conversed for a few short moments before walking over to a woman seated in the shelter. They began to perform an arrest of the woman and (according to eyewitness as she wasnt in my direct line of sight at that moment) she swung on the officer. The officers worked her out of the bench and onto the ground and that where the video starts.Officers from the Port of Portland Police (not connected to Portland Police Bureau) stopped by to see if they could be of any assistance.I do not know the identity of this woman and I do not know the outcome of her case.

O’Hare Airport underground tunnel Airliner World & More 2020-02-06 | During a recent trip to Chicago, I had the chance to get some footage of the underground tunnel when there was barely anyone at the airport due to weather conditions. The tunnel is located in terminal 1 and connect the B and C concourses. You can also walk over from terminals 2 & 3 before collecting your bags or boarding your flight, keep in mind that not all flight announcements from terminals 2 & 3 make it to terminal 1. The bird was shaking its head constantly and after i pulled out my camera, i was able to see why. I contacted San Diegos animal control and they tried to net the bird so they can take it in...but the bird flew away as they got close to it.

Man harassed and assaulted while waiting for Lyft Airliner World & More 2019-09-20 | This was captured September 6th in downtown Portland in the early morning hours. The location is a bit difficult to nail at the moment, but I believe it was shot in the NW area of downtown near broadway.The man (named lee) is standing on a corner, waiting for his rideshare to come and pick him up when he approached by two people (the person holding the camera has been identified as Seanna Musgrave who is transgender). The man is clearly minding his business, but answers seanna questions anyway. When the man asks seanna what stuff he said to piss them off, seanna rambles a few statements as well as saying “I wasn’t paying attention..” before continuing to harass the man. After a couple back and forth with the man, seanna starts to pan the camera and then something happens. You can clearly hear the man say, “why’d you hit me?” And even though you can’t see anything, you can hear how things are quickly unfolding as the man is trying to back away from two people advancing towards him.No word on if either party filed a police report, but seanna is trying to file a civil suit against the man.This is developing currently so check back later for updates.
