A quick walkthrough/guide for The Sinking City side case Mystic Tomes. Here you will find all 7 Mystic Tomes which will unlock the Cultist outfit.
First, you need to have preordered The Sinking City as this is a preorder bonus quest. Not sure if purchasing a better edition would grant you the case. After passing the first case in the main story, you'll wake up in your apartment. In your apartment there will be a note which starts the case. Go across the hall to the room directly across from yours and there will be a room containing 7 notes which each lead to a different tome: Book in the bank, Tome in the ruins, The hidden book, Waiting book, The wheel time, Bewitched tome, & The tome of the mair. Collecting all 7 Mystic Tomes will grant you the Cultist outfit which can be obtained in your apartment. If you're having trouble collecting one of them, make sure all of the nearby enemies have been eliminated if any are nearby.
