In 2002, sold new to Blair Racing. It ran in the 86th Indy 500 as car #44 by driver Alex Baron and placed 4th. In 2002, it was the winning car at the Firestone 200 at Nashville Speedway. In 2003, it was sold to Access Motorsports (Greg Ray) and was used as a display car.
