$Reaper golem burst (62.5k first tick) + bonus WoC burst (57.5k) (error, meant 57.5k not 58k on the vid) (golem is average size 1 mil hp for reference) - i wouldnt use rise in actual scenarios unless its like super speedy meta party on skorvald. on longer bosses i would still use WoC or Shadow Fiend. - yes using the signet trait in fractals is meta. close to death only shines through when the kills are really slow. signet trait allows for most stable dps and MUCH higher initial burst (important in fractals)$
