So I was scrapping some pre-smashed high speed Anritsu test equipment (Optical TDRs and such) and some of it was loaded with ECL - the ultra high speed logic that nobody uses anymore, I love the stuff - MECL, 10K, 100K, 10E, whatever. But what are these tiny little NEC flatpack ICs? uPB601, uPB602, uPB603, uPB606 and such? Weird ECL, I suspect, but I can not find any data on these. Does anyone have a clue? Or real datasheets? I am dying to find out!
