Requirements:
Play through 15 previous tasks in the Quiz, one from each main level we've been through, all in a row (as if this task were a giant obstacle course). Use sm64.com/videoquiz for reference. You must complete each task you choose in full before moving on to the next one. Your choice of task and order is, of course, up to you. When you've completed every task, beat BitS and collect Bowser's star to complete the Quiz.

Here are the part 1 tasks (in order):
Hazy Maze Cave Task 6
Jump on to the floating island like in this video (youtube.com/watch?v=E_w4F_8IBuY) twice in a row. Do not miss either times; the first time you jump, you can not touch the water again until you jump back in to do it a second time. In other words, do it flawlessly, twice in a row.
Lethal Lava Land Task 2
Get "Red Hot Log Rolling" without using the Wing Cap.
Timed.
Timing stars when you enter the level, and stops when you get the star.
Shifting Sand Land Task 1
Grab the crazy box, and once Mario starts flying, "steer" him directly into "Shining Atop the Pyramid".
Not timed.
Dire, Dire Docks Task 2
THE THREE CLICK GAME!!!
You know how to do it... Get the "Manta Ray's Reward" star in fixed cam using only three clicks lasting 1 second or less each.
Not timed.
Big Boo's Haunt Task 3
Get 25 coins.
Timed.
Bob-omb Battlefield Task 1
Beat Koopa the Quick using the "win the race at 0 seconds glitch".
Timing starts when you enter the painting.
Cool, Cool Mountain Task 3
Go to the area with the life and red coin, near the pillar made of ice. Wall kick from the pillar to the slide, and land on the slide.
Not timed, but start recording when you enter the level.
Whomp's Fortress Task 3
Lose half your health before you enter the level, and regain all your power without getting ANY coins (not by dying or getting a star, of course). This is also sort of a brainteaser, so you'll have to think about it for a while. Please don't just wait for someone else to figure it out and copy his video; put some effort into it.
This is a competitive task; the first one to regain all his health gets the points.
Timing starts when you enter the level.
Jolly Roger Bay Task 1
Get the "Through the Jet Stream" star capless.
It's the first task; do it and get the points.
Wet-Dry World Task 1
Get Shocking Arrow Lifts without using any warps, and with the water at its lowest level.
Not timed.
Tiny-Huge Island Task 3
Die. By falling out of Huge Island by glitching through the huge mountain via merging through Chuckya (where you might normally go for getting to Wiggler in a speedrun). Don't use the warp pipe nearest Chuckya. Start in Tiny Island.
Timed; same as last task.
Tall, Tall Mountain Task 1
Use the cannon to get the "Blast to the Lonely Mushroom" star. Don't use the warp.
Not timed.
Background:
December 9th 2009. Such a long task that it has to be uploaded in two parts. An epic way to end the quiz.
