This is a story of determination. Nicky broke her back in a serious road accident. We thought for a while her life would be changed for the worse forever. She had previously been fit, active and lean. After the accident all that changed. Her weight began to creep up and she was unable to exercise or even walk far. I talk about her pathway back to health. She had some help from Peptides and GLP injections but her main ingredient to success was determination and consistency.
