Here is my voice pack and the stock characters fix for Wrapper: Offline!

It has over 973 voices from Cepstral, Polly, Loquendo, NeoSpeech, ScanSoft, AT&T, CereProc, Acapela, Google, SoftVoice, SVOX, Nuance and TikTok, It also fixes a few apis not working when it comes to the Polly, Acapela and Cepstral voices.
Polly - generating more than 3,000 characters will be rate limited, This is because the Polly api uses TTSMp3, which has said limit, however, I changed the api to StreamElements to avoid that limit.
Polly (Old) - Won't generate the voice, This is because the site that uses the old Polly voices recently added Captcha, which affected a lot of the voices that uses ReadLoud, however I changed the url to GoNutts (an alt version of ReadLoud) to get it working again.
Acapela - Voices would generate before just crashing, I changed the HTTP paths to HTTPS paths, changed the port from "8080" to "8443" and changed the path to "/webservices/1-34-01-Mobility/Synthesizer" to "/Services/Synthesizer"
Cepstral (the voices in the VF app) - would not generate at all and will put out a message, there was no fix for this for like 11 months until unicom used Reflutter and some node.js script to get the request data including the API key.

This readds the characters from Lil Peepz, Chibi Peepz, Space Peepz, Lil Petz, Chibi Ninjas, Jungle Warfare, Anime, Ninja Anime, Space Citizens and even Business Friendly characters, it also adds some Comedy World that aren't in Wrapper: Offline like the original Mario and Luigi characters.
How to install them
Voice Pack: Download the zip file, extract it, copy the 2 folders, go to "/resources/app" and paste the folders right in, close Wrapper, and open it back up, go to the video maker and you will see all of the voices in the pack.
Stock characters fix: Download the zip file, extract it, copy all of the 3 folders, go to "/resources/app/server", and paste the folders right in, close Wrapper, and open it back up, go to the video maker and you will see all of the characters in working condition.
