Don't get me wrong - it's a great machine in many ways. But my experience with the Roland TR-1000 has been slightly frustrating so far.

Maybe I expected too much, or maybe the type of music I envisioned making with it is just not possible (or fluidly achieved) with the current functionality it provides, or doesn't provide. Maybe I'm too old to fiddle around with the processes required to make what I want to make.

In this video I explain it's shortcomings, my frustrations with the TR-1000 and include some of the music I made with it.
