In this video, I go through some of the shows in the pre 2000s that I can remember. Again, I use networks based in Canada such as YTV, Treehouse, Family Channel (Disney), Teletoon and Nickelodeon. Any show made after 2000 won't be included on this tier list.
Of course, I'm very biased about everything so if you have any objections, let me know in the comments ;)
Some of the shows included here are Pokemon, Bear in the Big Blue House, Arthur, Blue's Clues and Caillou.
