Worst. Groundhog Day. *EVER.* [Well, unless perhaps you're Phil Connors, Bill Murray's character in "Groundhog Day," who debatably had it worse; but that's irrelevant.]

[And no, this video is *Not* Sponsored by Anyone.]

For those unaware, today [February 2nd, 2026, which means yesterday was the *VERY* last day for the ride to be mentioned here soon,] marks not only Groundhog Day for the year 2026, but More Important, it also marks the [rather unfortunate] permanent closing of the "DINOSAUR" Ride at Disney's Animal Kingdom [formerly known as "Countdown to Extinction"], to make way for rides and events pertaining to "Encanto" and "Indiana Jones". Now, *DON'T* *get* *me* *Wrong,* I'm all for the adventures of either latter Franchise, but *NOT* when it is at the expense of closing a ride that pertains to my Favorite Disney film! And that hurts. That *REALLY* HURTS.

Anyway, in light of this, I felt compelled to make this Tribute to the underrated Disney Film, "Dinosaur"; I recently bought the 2-Disc Collector's Edition DVD, so I could get both the "December 1996" and "October 1998" versions of the "[Early] Presentation Reel" Music in higher-quality, which will be on display here [though to be sure, I do give credit to *Johnathan* *Barker* for uploading the "decent-quality" versions to YouTube].

And yes, I'm aware that the film has some "Scientific Inaccuracies," such as the Carnotaurs being scaled to the size of Tyrannosaurus Rex, and more notably for most, the Velociraptors lacking feathers. For what it's worth regardless, say what you will about it, I *LOVE* the film! Unfortunately, it seems that "Dinosaur" has been criticized for giving the Dinosaurs the ability to talk, even by the late Critic Roger Ebert, the *AMAZING* Visuals notwithstanding. *HOWEVER,* the film was a box office success; the film went on to gross $349.8 million worldwide, becoming the *fifth* highest-grossing film of the Year 2000. Now, aside from the work that went into this film (both from those living, and those who sadly died working on said project), this Video is also made in Memoriam of a few Actors and Actresses who have since passed away after lending their Voices to this Disney Film.

I hope you will join me in this observance of [and quite literally, a *ROARING* Salute, to] "Dinosaur," the 2000 Disney [and Prehistoric] film that thankfully graced our Prehistory-Loving Childhoods, as well as our Movie & TV Screens! :)
