The final 5 from my top 30 favorite music which plays in the robot master stages, from Mega Man 1-6, the Mega Man releases for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES)/Famicom. Excluding all other stage music/SFX
#5 - Top Man! - 0:00 - Fitting that he'd be near the top of the list, isn't it?! (or something) One of the most exciting themes in Mega Man 3, and in the series! B-) In my opinion, not one of the best stages in the series, but it nonetheless is made better due to the background music - and the big fat robot cat :3
#4 - Gravity Man! - 3:25 - My favorite theme from Mega Man 5. I love how well the music goes along with the overall theme of the stage. This one gets stuck in my head a lot after hearing it
#3 - Drill Man! - 6:28 - I have always liked this the best out of the robot master themes from MM4 - I can't say too much for the stage itself, but I guess it's ok - at least mildly entertaining :3
#2 - Snake Man! - 9:49 - love it! my favorite from MM3 - a fun fact about my top 30; all of the robot master themes from Mega Man 3 made the cut! B-)
#1 - Bubble Man! - 13:19 - Believe it or not, the bubble in my username (MegaBubble) refers to the Bubble in Bubble Bobble, not Bubble Man, but perhaps now is the time that Bubble Man and Bubble Bobble join forces to form a very large mega bubble in the canonical works/adventures of MegaBubble ;333 jk
Bubble Man's stage is one of the best early memories I have of Nintendo games, and really television and entertainment in general - the music, the colors, the precarious situations Mega Man finds himself in :P this has always been one of my favorite themes, along with Snake Man (I would really say Bubble Man and Snake Man's music are equal to me) I am glad to have experienced such a thing - a miracle, if you think about it B-) People 100 years before, in 1888 or so, couldn't have even begun to fathom such greatness that Bubble Man's stage music achieves ;P
I send out a thank you to all Mega Man sound composers for making this video possible - in the case of Mega Man 2, kudos to sound composer Takashi Tateishi for one of the most memorable music soundtracks in the history of video game music! Also special thanks to Manami Matsumae, the awesome, innovative sound composer for Mega Man (1987), Yasuaki Fujita and Harumi Fujita for their top-notch and amazing efforts on Mega Man 3 (1990), Minae Fujii and her masterful work on Mega Man 4 (1991), Mari Yamaguchi for her beautiful melodies from Mega Man 5 (1992), and last but not least, Yuko Takehara for her awesome soundtrack in Mega Man 6! (1993, the last of the NES/Famicom releases)
