When I was seventeen years old I found an ad in an alley that claimed to be able to do glow in the dark tattoos. OB-VEE-US-LY that was a once in a lifetime opportunity so I went straight to this guy's apartment to get my very first (and last) glow in the dark tattoo... This is the story of what happened next.
