Another logo no-one has remade and another one that also uses After Effects. We're going to space far from the Universal logo to remake the 1985 Astral Films logo (Not literally).
The comets are made up of particle systems to make the trail while the flare for the comet has been composited. For the parallax space background, I used the 3D camera and made the images into 3D to make the animated background. The text animation was made using path techniques and some glow effects.
Since there was no print version of the Astral Rooster, I had to make the rooster myself. Also, this is the second time I've used optical flares. I used it for the flash. This remake has been altered a bit to make it look more modern which is why I've added more flares. And that's all the info for this remake. Hope you like it. :)
-Blender 3D 2.77 for the comets.
-Adobe Photoshop CS5 for the print logo.
-Adobe After Effects CS4 for adding the elements.
-Sony Vegas Pro 13 for adding the music.
