My 6 year old Syil X7 CNC machine with an LNC 5800 controller (built date 2018) has lost its absolute encoder values due to flat encoder batteries.

Note: change your battery regularly (every 12-24 months). Ensure machine is powered on when you do so.

My battery type are 3 x Maxell ER17/33 lithium thionyl chloride.
