I thought I was going crazy....After I stopped pumping, I experienced a wave of depression, heavy anxiety, and even rage that completely caught me off guard... This is my second time walking through post-weaning postpartum depression, so I was more prepared, but it has still been incredibly difficult. In this video, I’m sharing my honest experience with post-weaning depression and anxiety: the symptoms I’ve been experiencing, the emotional crash after weaning, and what I’ve been doing to care for myself during this season.
