This is an update regarding Alex Belfield who was convicted of stalking myself, Jeremy Vine and two other men, and was sentenced to over five years in prison.
He is to be released on 15th June 2025.
Despite restraining orders being in place, Belfield has continued to complain and attempt to have my videos taken down by YouTube whilst posting his own videos about me on his own website behind a paywall.
Nottingham Police and my solicitor have been informed and are aware of this.
My civil case against Alex Belfield for harassment is still on going.
I instructed Samuels Solicitors In October 2022 to act on my behalf in a civil case against Belfield for harassment. After Belfield continued to post videos about me throughout his trial.
Belfield has since settled claims presented by Jeremy Vine and DC Percival, but refuses to acknowledge mine.
Since October 2022, I’ve now paid over £27,970 In legal fees.
I raised £1,712 (after fees) in donations through Crowd Justice, which I vowed I will pay forward and donate to HIV charities if I win damages.
I am grateful to everyone who helped me by donating to my crowd funder, and to my solicitor and barrister.
