A quick overview of my Mountain bike for Cape Epic. The most brutal multi day MTB race in the world. Hosted in the South Africa's Western Cape region. The Cape Epic demands top level equipment and a customized setup. With my custom built wheels with Berd spokes I had extra compliant and super strong wheels that lasted the entire week and delivered top performance. The Marathon handlebar provided multiple hand positions for the fast sections. Furthermore the Superior Team XF was equipped with Shimano XTR components and Carbon cranks making it super light.
