This is the first attempt at a tutorial and for some reason the sound goes half way through. I am hoping that you will still be able to work out have I made and bound the book from just watching the video, however if you have any questions please ask and I will try to explain. Failing that I will attempt another video but it took ages to prepare to make the book. You can find details of what you need to make the book with sizes etc on my blog:
