Some of the improvements I made to get to Aluminum... It should be noted that the tolerance of the Shapeoko's kit parts is pretty good, and you should be able to get pretty close to machine-level by making adjustments to the rails and base frame. However, cutting your way to machine-level is foolproof, and it makes aligning stock material easier...
