I have been kindly invited to speak about wellbeing and inspiration in Bangkok by Kinesia Pilates Thailand.
A5-01, 5th floor The Upper Ground, Kamphaeng Phet 3 Rd, Chatuchak, จตุจักร Bangkok 10900.
I never did Pilates before , so it was all new to me and amazing to discover new spaces in my body despite practicing Yoga since many decades :)
In this session Lek works deep on fascias.
The studio is really beautiful , clean with an open horizon on the city .
This gave me the feeling to be in a futuristic movie :)
The studio is ideally situated in the building of the Best Western Chatuchak, very confortable , with an amazing bathroom with open view and lot of light.
Breakfast are great, Thai cuisine and continental , fresh and tasty.
The hotel and the studio are surrounded by many markets, street food, flowers, fruits, vintage, art, park all interesting locations to visit just 5 minutes away from your room:)
I been very surprised and impressed by the Subway.
I also was amazed about how the city is very alive but peaceful , a true paradox !
