I tried a bunch of vegan food in Edinburgh, Scotland and was very pleased. This video I took a more critical stance of the food to give real feedback. If you get a layover or take a trip out there, check out Hendersons Vegan, Harmonium, and Nova Pizza. I never thought I would try vegan pizza in Scotland, but it turned out great!
