Love your body. Seriously. I know that sounds appalling when it's not *perfect* and everything, but providing yourself the comfort of being loved unconditionally is one of the key ingredients to long-term, permanent, fairly easy weight loss (the other ingredients being good diet, rest, exercise, etc). I'm so impressed by and happy with my amazing, capable body (most days) and I wish the same for each and every one of you.
