This is the first time in awhile I’ve actually written a piece of music and really really liked it. I really like bouncing to this and I hope sometime I can take it further, maybe it will get commission to be used on a game or a fairground ride or something. I let the melodies and harmonies flow out of me and bashed it out on the piano roll like I usually do and also really thought about a lot of the harmony, some of which I thought about after I did it for example how I did something similar to A tritone substitution at one part in the section in between C and B major in the countermelody where I had an in between F-sharp and F major cord but in the harmony between parts of the chord 5 which I really enjoy the sound of as a passing cord. And of course F is a tritone above B so yeah, probably it’s doing it about .4 semitones higher than that instead. Anyway, yeah, I hope people enjoy this and that you’re all doing well.
